With our company growing and the workload of organising our conferences getting prohibitive, this year we enlisted SCT as the corporate travel & event management team for our national conferences. I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure to deal with their entire team and the process appeared to be effortless but I’m sure it wasn’t as there were 160 delegates to organise. I guess that is a tribute to the professional manner & approach of Greg, Rachel and their team, they know what they are doing! Before, during and after the 5 day conference the communication & facilitation was excellent and I can highly recommend SCT to any company considering their services. We have now contracted SCT for our next 2 annual conferences, one of which will be off shore and already the professional process & planning has started and again I’m am finding it quite a seamless affair from our point of view.

I would just like to make a testimonial regarding the client service I received from Yvonne from your office.

I was a customer transferred from a travel agent that ceased to operate and had experienced enough difficultly with the purchase of my flight from the previous travel agent. Once I was transferred to your office Yvonne was considerate enough to attempt to search for a cheap flight to extend my stay in Europe. This was all done via email communication and therefore made it easier for me rather than attempting to co-ordinate flights with airlines myself.
